My maiden voyage into the social media circuit.  I have sat and have thought…  over thought…  and then I thought some-more…  what, oh what, do I have to say?

Well, lots and lots of very valuable stuff, I tell ya.  That, of course, was prior to its creation – “Mama says what?”  I firmly believe(d) the world needed to hear my tidbits.

Mama says what… for real, I guess, cause this Mama can’t think of anything…  Now I have opportunity and nothing is coming.  I cannot tell you the countless short stories I have written and fine tuned in my head over these – my motherhood – years.  Where are they now…

So here I am, in my kitchen, desperate to have a beginning, and yes, am going to take the easy route.  Be kind, we all need a beginning.

Sheila’s monthly top five:  In no particular order.

1.  Trader Joe’s Harvest Grains Blend. 

Why I love it:  It is delicious.  It is real easy to make.  It offers more health benes than that of its rivals.  (Truthfully, I love just about anything Trader Joe’s.  His foods are affordable, not laden with junk, and delivered with an excellent sense of humor.  Plus – they always have free samples, Yum!)

2.  SLEEP.

Why I love it:  It feels great when you get enough and really lousy when you don’t.  A recent visit to the doctors revealed the limited/little value that I was placing on proper sleep.  I elected to give his advice a try…  you know the ole’ – sleep regularly and routinely, eat right, and exercise advice.  Blah, blah, blah…  we have all heard it – many times.  I guess my feeling funky, tired all the time, ache-ee business had reached its crescendo, time for a change.  You know what, I feel better.  Sleep is good.

3.  Arm & Hammer Total 2 in 1 Dryer Cloths

Why I love it:  The classic fresh scent makes me happy.  Admittingly, always been a fool for a fresh smelling pile of warm laundry.  This drier sheet offers a special kind of magic to my olfactories.  Enjoy.

4.  Biolage Detangling Solution

Why I love it:  It saved my and my daughters life.  No, but seriously, for those of you with daughters who have hair of any length – this product is worth every single cent it cost.  It is a miracle.  The holy grail of detanglers, if you will.

5.  The Ellen Degeneres Show. 

Why I love it:  It ALWAYS makes me laugh.  It is a freedom from reality loaded with music, laughter, and just-cause generosity.  I sure wish I caught it everyday.  I would argue it good for your soul.  The segment where folks dance behind unsuspecting strangers is a killer.  Try to catch it.
