I will tell you that I am a pharmacy product addict. After years in the beauty industry using the best skincare and makeup products, I am always looking for products at the drugstore that feel great , are a good price and deliver results. So part of this constant product search is lipsticks. I love lipstick, and so do my kids. When I need a lift its lipstick I turn to. Its low cost and can totally change how you feel and look.
So on my latest adventure to the store I came across Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter. It is a cross between a lipstick and a balm. Glides on smooth and gives more coverage than a gloss but not as much as a lipstick. The tube is angled, which helps get your color on neatly. The color I am trying is #001 Pink Truffle. A neutral pink brown and its great. It gives you color without making your lips stand out. Not to get off topic, but I know all the issues with lead in lipsticks and I am aware that many of these store brands have lead in them. I have not personally checked to see if this Lip butter is on the list, but I will let you know if I find out.
Cost about $7. The lowest price I have seen is at Target for $6.49. Look for coupons in Sunday fliers and you can save another $1.00 off.

Thanks for the lipstick recomendation. I love it! This color was sold out at my local CVS. Kristy & I popped into a pharmacy in NYC last week to buy it. When ever I applied it, Brooke wanted some too, so we looked like twins all weekend!
I’m glad you like it, so funny about Brooke, Ava is the same way. I just bought another color, sort of a red/orange and love it too… feels great on.
