I really wasn’t sure if I wanted to scroll through 52 pages of this post from Ivillage, but I have to say there are some really good tips in here to loose weight. Many I have heard of, and others were new to me. I will pretty much try anything to shed some weight, I just haven’t figured out to stop the cravings. Check it out, even if you only take away 1 or 2 new ideas, that may add up to 10 pounds in a year. Lets hope they work. Please share anything that you think could add to this list.
